Rides Off road
The plan layout allows you to visualize the setup of the various competition arenas for the Off Road Festival - ATV and the 4x4’s as well as the location of the shows. The booths for the Quad, off road vehicles and other exhibitors of accessories and those offering services can be found located in the centre part of the Off Road Festival - ATV & 4x4 Expo.

Experts in the great outdoors and other sports not for the faint at heart are also available on site. The central marquee tent consisting of the podium holds the privileged spot where hundreds of trophies will be handed out to the winning participants of various competitions.

This event consists of various activities for competitions such as the ATV Slalom and Race, ATV Drag, ATV Mud Drag, ATV Mud Bog, ATV Pull, ATV Dirt Show, 4x4 Mud Drag, 4x4 Mud Bog, ATV Agility competition, 4x4 Agility competition, Rock Crawling competition

Services

The following services are available at the Off Road Festival - ATV & 4x4 Expo:
  1. 24 hour security
  2. First Aid
  3. Portable toilets
  4. Alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages
  5. Canteen
  6. Seating
Volunteers

We work in close collaboration with more than one hundred volunteers. The purpose of these volunteers is to guide participants and visitors, supervise and maintain the various sites, pick up of garbage, prepare race courses, serve as officials to competitions, etc. We would never successfully be able to run the Off Road Festival - ATV & 4x4 Expo without the time and devotion of these volunteers. It is for this reason that we do not tolerate intimidation or any form of abuse, be it verbal or physical to our volunteers. Under these circumstances the offending parties will promptly be escorted off of the premises. We are aware that these are rare cases as the majority of participants and visitors are present at our event for the sole purpose of enjoyment and having a good time. As are we!

Getting around on site

The driving of ATV’s and 4x4’s are permitted on site only under the following conditions:
  1. Close attention must be paid to pedestrians and more importantly the children
  2. There is a maximum speed allowed of 10 km/h
  3. No dangerous manoeuvres due to showing off will be tolerated
  4. Drive on marked paths only
  5. he exhibition area of the Expo is solely reserved for pedestrians
  6. Port of Helmet
The following is forbidden;
  • It is forbidden to bring any glass containers on site
  • It is forbidden to dispose of any petroleum products on the site. These products must be disposed of in a proper manner and only as per regulations in regards to these types of products.
  • It is forbidden for visitors to bring onto the site any consumables such as beverages, alcohol and food of any sort.
  • It is forbidden for any participants and racers to consume alcohol prior to competition
Exceptions:
  • The visiting campers, exhibitors and any racing competitors who are staying within the racing paddocks will be allowed to bring non alcoholic beverages and food for their personal consumption of which must remain on their camp site only.
