  The scheduled activities for the Off Road Festival - ATV & 4x4 Expo take place over a period of three days during a weekend from Friday evening through to Sunday evening. This event has always taken place during the second weekend in August of each year which usually falls around the 10th to 15th of August Schedule 2011 |

| Saturday’s schedule begins early at 7h30 a.m. with the Registration for competitions. The Off Road Festival - ATV & 4x4 Expo officially opens its doors to the public at 9 a.m. The exhibitors open at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. whereas the ATV and 4x4 competitions finish generally later around 9h30 p.m. and are quickly followed up with a show from a live band. Activities on the second day of the Off Road Festival - Expo ATV - EXPO 4X4 usually finish around 1h00 a.m. |
